Me being completely on my own and at my age I am completely honest about the service that I have received with the things that I do like and everything else. But I am completely satisfied with the customer service that I have received from the technicians and everything else thanks again for the service that I am definitely looking to keep for the duration of my experience with getting into college and completing my therapy and everything else. So I downloaded it and took a look and saw that everything looked okay, but there was something lacking; a way to check and edit my voicemail.
Other than checking my voicemail, bill amount or equipment status when I see a issue, the app is worthless to me. The older MyTWC app was so much better! Still got a long way to go to make up the difference. We apologize for any poor experience. The app was recently updated and the voicemail feature is now available.
Please ensure you have the most recent version installed. I had trouble with the website so I logged into the app to pay my bill. Unfortunately, after I selected the "choose other amount option" an ad popped up asking if I liked the app. Annoyed by the interruption, I clicked no.
I searched the app for an option to edit or cancel the payment but found none. I searched for an option to change my payment method and to delete the credit card but found none. I called Spectrum and 1. I was advised to call my bank to stop the payment in my own time, dime, and energy. Furthermore, representatives were rude and didn't seem to care about my concerns at all. Also, other apps stream just fine. The fault is definitely the app only on AppleTV.
Also, my AppleTV is fully up to date. The app is totally disfunctional on AppleTV. I hope the developer looks into this and gets another update going to correct this. All the issues I am encountering seem to be concerning live TV viewing only. Only gripe, and this could obviously just be a current technological problem, rather than an issue specific to Spectrum but when streaming live tv, the lag can be about 30 seconds to one minute late. I come back to the room, and i have two choices: watch it live on tv which is one minute ahead so i miss a full minute OR continue watching the app until a commercial when I can resume watching on tv without missing any plays.
It does get a bit laggy here and there and when you first turn on the tv and Apple TV you have to back out of the app to get to started. It comes and goes when it wants, sometimes staying visible for weeks at a time. It covers the lower third display used by news etc to give more info on things your watching which is annoying.
To fix it you have to delete the app from the Apple TV and re-install. Then in days when it happens again you either ignore it for as long as you can bear or delete and re-install the app again Please fix this I beg of you!! Slower speeds and pixelation here and there I can deal with but a floating prompt covering the whole lower third of the tv is mind numbingly frustrating.
